So #56 by far is the most popular and fastest selling unit. No more high floors left. Next popular is #58 with the highest floor up for grabs. Soon will be left with low floors too.

Did anyone notice for 4 room unit 42 has the same floor plan as unit 10 and 16?

Wondering if these are better for space planning compared to the rest as the MBR, living and dining looks bigger (albeit smaller toilets)..

Yup it is. I feel it's better in terms of space planning too. Depends whether you would like a unit along the corridor. Definitely less pricier than ones at blocks 83A and 83B. :s13:

I'm seriously considering for SOBF may 2015 as it's cheaper in Hougang upp serangoon view. And it's ready to move in.
