Recently, my head feel light weight and giddy... This has been going on constantly for 3 weeks plus. Went to Polyclinic GP to check and found out that that my BP is 180/100, belonging to high risk category. The doc advise me to eat less salted food and reduce weight...

Feel so sainz...

its like life, its your body.

like any machine, or referring to SMRT, you are not "maintaining" it.

Good luck- I really mean it

Try HIT - High Intensity Training if you are lazy to exercise.

I dun think is advisable for him to start with intensive training, I rather he start slow one first. because if he jump straight to intensive training, his heart might not be able to take it.

Start with some exercise and cut down your food intake (progressively). Hope this will help you to lose weight and have a healthy lifestyle

Do you exercise at all?

Seldom... Doc advise me to go swimming regularly, he mention at my age still possible to cut some weight down. Even a mere 5 kg lost can be a lot beneficial to my health. He said if not by 40+, I will have a lot of health problems...
