the 2 cost 1 overload 3/4 is the deal. finally they get an overload card that is value.:s13:

That Totem Golem is similar to Fireguard, which what people predicts, new overload cards should be as powerful as Fireguard, with more stat & less overload....now I just hope Shaman have a card similar to muster but summon totems instead.

I think we might see more stronger 1-4 drops with little to no late game Shaman deck which looks like Mech Shaman but more Board control then burn after expansion.

Only problem with fireguard which doesn't see much play it's because of the random +1-4, a 4/6 isn't that great to deal with a upcoming 5 drop (since we are overload can't play a 5 drop) & a 7/6 just dies to BGH which almost very mid-control deck runs (lose tempo & overloaded....)

shaman damn irritating to play against liao, with their multiple totems. hope it doesn't get too strong with the new expansion....priest too. :s13:

The Tuskarr Totemic summon a random totem, if it summon a mana tide/totem golem/flametongue it's really good, taunt/spellpower/vitality is pretty decent too.

I am the only person here who's not impressed with the new cards at all? They seem really slow and gimmicky. I was expecting to see cards that scream value, but I see none at all.

I would say those that was announce is probably better in arena than in constructed for now, as they are more for late game topdeck mode where you use your hero power often.

I like what I'm seeing for Shaman now, some pretty good early cards & a card similar to Quartermaster? Perhaps to tease us with a similar card to Muster?

Can't wait :s13::s13:

the frost giant is crazy, handlock gets more 8/8s now and it could be useful in ctrl warrior + maybe other ctrl decks too.

hunters get shite this time...6 mana for 3 webspinners and 2 mana card that add random shite when you cast a spell.

i feel blizzard is trying to shift the aggro meta, most of the cards revealed seems quite control-y.

But it's tough to fit into another giants into a Handlock or just a 8/8 into a control warrior that is already heavy with big minions.

Balls of spider is probably better in arena than constructed which many of the cards announce probably is, just late game/topdeck mode value/card draw cards.

I think the spider card is quite good rehh

6 mana for 3/3 + 'drawing' 3 beasts is actually pretty strong.
Especially if the beasts you get are strong (Highmane, Tiger etc)

just take out sludge belchers or other low cost minions lor.
there's not too many answers to 8/8s except BGH and hard removals. i'm guessing the meta will go even slower thus enabling more "greedy" decks.

not much experience in arena, doesn't hunter usually draft aggro/tempo cards? most neutral 6 drops are better...if i'm hunter in arena, i'd even pick reckless rocketeer over this. :o

6 mana might as well just put 2 highmanes in your deck right? 3 1/1s on board is pretty bad, you still need to play them from hand. even you get good beasts, chances are you cannot answer your opponent's 6, 7 mana play.

of course, control hunters might be a thing..but imo, they are always going to be the SMOrc class due to their hero power.

The thing is when it's an epic pick it will be 3 epics in arena & epic usually suck especially in arena, so there's not much choice.

Edited: opps it's a rare, so if there's a better rare obviously you pick it over balls of spider, what I mean is it's better in arena than in constructed specially in topdeck mode.

Also everybody runs BGH so a 8/8 (handlock already had 4, a ctrl warrior don't need it either unless against other control) over a Sludge that can help you over aggro? I doubt so....

honestly handlocks don't tap so frequently to make it value early game.

t2 tap, t3 tap, t4 drake/giant/hellfire and t5 onwards the cards you play won't allow you excess mana to tap. so ideally to even get the giant to cost 5mana which is life tapping 5x, that will be around t10.

if you need to play vs aggro, ur ancient watcher, sunfury etc comes out early and u hardly ever get to tap also, in which case belcher will be more of use imo.

haha ofc nobody's gonna play ball of spiders in an aggro hunter, but it may be worth considering putting 1 inside the Midrange deck imo.
I feel Midrange Hunters have enough early aggression to provide adequate board control to play this card without any real drawbacks.

Emperor then play Buzzer + Balls + Boar = pure value

Pyromancer + Balls = draw 3 beast

Balls + Feign Death = draw 6 beast

:s13::s13:.

Anyway here's a updated link of new cards:
https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/3e92kx/bonus_card_discussion_thread_grand_tournament/

There's also a new rogue weapon in it.
