We are buying M1 share and getting the dividends from the orange...

now orange took back all the dividends liao...

At current price, it was last seen in 2013, though for a short while. A more realistic price would be 2.80 to 2.60 range?

But is M1 dividend really that good?

At current price, this year's dividend yield is 6.21%. Assuming share price falls and business isn't good, it's good to assume a floor of 5% dividend yield I guess. REITs are hard pressed to give high yields now, given the interest rate outlook - even Suntec at it's current price yields about 5.5% yield.
