my advise for those going chia te is that should go there early.
maybe about before 9am ...
sometimes after 9+am ppl , the store would be filled with ppl.
especially tourists who would buy lots of them

they comes in box of 6,12, etc
u just take the individual items and put them into the box
shelf life is short
for example, the pineapple tart with egg can oni put for 14days...
the rest is about 40days on average
price is about 28 to 32ntd

however, they not selling sun biscuit when we went there few days back ..
the staff saying coz mooncake festival, so they nt doing some pastry ...

Any idea if open on monday or tuesday? Any idea where else to get nice sun biscuits n wife biscuits?

With egg nicer or is it just make sure those strict vegetarians can get without eggs?

I prefer the pineapple tarts without eggs but with eggs are not bad too.

I prefer with egg. They open every day. Last month went at 9+ am weekday was ok. Went before weekday 6+ pm quite ok also.

Best to go late morning and later, cos sometimes some of the stuff still baking. Didn't managed to buy the egg one at 9+ am. They say need to wait till 11 am. At 6+ pm the other time, they had everything.

If not mixing and matching and buying in 6-12-20, don't need to pick yourself. Just go to the cashier and tell them your order.

They only deliver pineapple pastry, so if want sun biscuits, Still must go there.

You can try li yi also. Quite popular also. Tms got shop. But don't find it as nice.

It is the most convenient and less than 5 minutes walk from Naniing Sanmin MRT station exit 2. I used this way to get there.
