说来惭愧！我过去懵懂无知，跟着老公反政府，没有认真看待政府和李国父为人民所付出的心血和精力。

女儿说；李国父简直就是人间菩萨，为许许多多苦难人民建起了安定和谐的安身地！
李国父身为总理，知道自己必须承担责任，所以在实施不受欢迎的政策时，都由他来向人民解说，从来不退缩不畏惧！
说白了就是好人都留给后面工作的伙伴，坏人角色都是他在做，这样有担当的领袖，才是真正的好领袖，伟大的领袖。
所以大家要明白这一点，议员也是必须尊重和服从各个政府部门的法规和制度，不能越法越规偏袒各人，只有这样国家才能正常运转，才不会出现不公不法的行为和对待。

I believe in this account as I have personally known a similar case by my fren uncle. Also owe HDB in arrears for 1 yr for their 3 rm flat. HDB sent someone down to have a chat with them to find out their situation, the officer assessed then and suggested they apply for senior citizen studio even though they do not meet certain eligibility criteria. their application was successful and they managed to sell the 3rm flat, paid up the arrears, the new studio is entirely paid for from the cpf refund and they have no more liabilities. Even have some spare cash for expenses. Please do not brush me off too quickly, go and find out for yourself.

You are not making sense. Any elderly who decided to sell their 3rm flat and downgrade to studio will also pay finish earlier with the profit, in some cases got surplus. The studio apartments were simply built for this, forcing old people to own smaller houses in exchange for cash. Nothing to do with how good the government is.

Ur friend uncle could just rent out the Master Bed Room. 800 dollars.
