Stopped reading at wagyu beef patty.ownself cook and assemble..
go cold storage buy their fresh wagyu burger patty, pick up the swiss bake burger buns, get a pack of sliced gruyere cheese, some onions and swiss brown mushrooms.
cook the patty on a cast iron pan to preferred doneness, let it sit a bit.
slice up the onions and throw onto pan to sweat..
slice up the mushrooms and pan fry a bit, can add a bit of worchester sauce..
throw the buns in the oven for a bit..
assemble!
bun, patty, cheese (watch it melt), onion and mushrooms, bun.
om nom nom..

Then you go and grind it up? Might as well grind up lean meat + beef fat.
