Then they shouldn't have mentioned any other bank because it's misleading. If it's AMEX only, then no other banks will qualify since that will classify the card as a co-branded card.

2. Can i do the same for other AMEX card?

But I do still want to know when the vouchers expire.

Usually, the expiry of vouchers is date of purchase + 2 years.
Not sure if another 6 months' extension for expiring vouchers is still allowed.

Many are pondering over $35 spend or $210 in a single bill, trying to register other AMEX cards, asking where is AMEX accepted, doing other deep thinking, and some are still in the dark.

So, there is a very high chance 15k will be under-utilised.

I thought this was clarified in the last page???? Below is the email from AMEX after spending.

For the Amex $35 rebate, t&C say that rebate could be credited within 5 working days the earliest. Please let us know if you do receive it early. =) I just registered my TCB card but havent gone to swipe $210 yet.
