Sld be location. I often c h, 3g when traveling in mrt.

Sent from Huawei NEXUS 6P using GAGT

While on previous build, I am seeing LTE even in MRT, which I am pleasantly amazed about that, so it is like first time seeing H in new build. :s13:

But overall the connectivity to LTE or wifi are quite good and solid for me, lock on quite fast.

1 thing strange, the wifi don't like channel 13 of Cisco router provided by Starhub. I have problems connecting to my wifi earlier, when the wifi channel was preset to 13 even for a saved network.

After resetting router, can connect, but the moment it goes out of range, it will never reconnect automatically when in range. Need to on/off the phone wifi to reconnect.

So change the channel selection to auto, no problem liao. Googled the issue and seems like problem with cisco router.

From the way your replied. You're more rude.
We replied your enquiries yet 'we are rude'.

This should be common sense for warranty.

Since you bought from overseas, hence no local warranty or servicing. Unless Huawei SG accepted it with a cost from you.

sometimes common sense is not so common. :s13:

at first, he quoted about help or warranty coverage with his overseas set. no mention of payment. definitely no no.

then he quoted he don't mind paying. i am sure this can be negotiated with huawei.

I didn't uninstall xposed. I just revert to stock (which actually kills your xposed framework). Then I updated and re-rooted. Reinstalled xposed framework and apps. Voila, everything is back after rebooting. The modules were left intact, including settings.

Oo nice, makes things easier, I haven't update yet actually :s13::s13:

Any Bro's or Sis using the Adopted Case?

Thinking of getting one. The Frost case would look good on my Graphite.

Adopted case is the official case by Google right? Someone over at xda complained that it's too tight until he got a bent/dent on his sides

I've got it, it's certainly not hard enough to bend the 6p unless his is made of aga aga, we need to read reviews with a pinch of salt. Seriously jokers :p

I nv even revert to stock. Straight away flash the factory image from fastboot. Re root and flash xposed zip.

Time to make another trip to Plaza Sing again.. Samsung QC really jialat..

Gotta realise something though. In line with many mass produced stuff, earlier hardware revisions are more susceptible to issues in general.

By buying early batches, we're here mostly buying into the higher than usual defect rates of products or even design oversights. That's also exactly why through product life cycles later hardware revisions are likely to be introduced with workarounds or fixes. Some are hardware, some are software.

Like the early N4, back glass cracking, later revisions introduced the 4 nibs on the corners.
-N7, touchscreen grounding issues.
-N5, small speaker grills/mic issues
-SD810 v1 vs. 2.1
-Phone cases v1, TGSP v1

The list just goes on and on. Can't always expect stellar QC from day 1. If you'd like that, consider waiting a quarter or so.

Good luck with getting your perfect 6p though, nonetheless.

What a joke... Went to huawei svc center to get a 1-1 exchange. They accepted the 1-1, and i end up only to be greeted with a long waiting list for 1-1 exchange for my phone because they are fully out of stock.... Whats more is the estimated waiting time is >2weeks.

Speaks alot about QC from huawei. This will be my first and last nexus phone. Dont even know what Google was thinking when they chose to partner with Huawei in the first place. Disappointed
