Ordered from the indiegogo website. Suppose to have it on November. Now dunno whether can make it on xmas or not. Email them also no reply. Think of it kind of regret. Really waiting for xmas to come.

Update, I have just receive the speaker today. Manage to connect the subwoofer up. The instruction for the subwoofer is another piece of paper . Happy with the sound for this price. The packaging can be better I feel. Thought there is an apps for the speaker but I cannot find it. Will test the karaoke when I am free.

Did they call you before they send you the speaker? I think the app for the speaker is not ready yet to be release to market.. Btw, do you have any karaoke apps intro? :s13:

Just receieved mine, quite pleased with the delivery service.. =) Tested out the quality.. quite pleased with the sound. Had add it to Creative X7.. seems quite good from just a few minutes of testing.

just some issue.. I bought only the soundbar... it is quite a issue finding which software works with it..

Anyone can share what apps are included in the Velo bundle?

Hi all. I received my set exactly on X'mas day and manage to hook up everything. Tested the sound bar & the woofer. Good sound quality in my room and tried some MV via my tablet, which I used chromecast to cast on the TV.
I've downloaded a few KTV apps such as Youtube, The Sing! by Smule, and Singer King (天籁K歌) but I can't turn off the vocal, except Smule apps (subscription fee applies). Is there any free MV apps that are able to switch off the vocal? I don't really prefer Smule as there are only wordings without the actual MV to see...
Just for information, Moment Console app is still unavailable on play store yet. Still waiting for it to see if it enable us to connect to any apps...

Received on Christmas day too. Sound quality not bad, but found 1 issue. The sound bar will auto turn off after awhile if there is no input signal although aux wire is connected.
Still looking for good karaoke apps, that can turn off the vocals. i.e selection between digital and analog, not sure whether the console app can make the changes to that.
Looking forward for the moment console app to be made available for both android and ios. :s13:

Just got mine (from Sitex, local distro) today, after a no-show since 20 Dec... Disappointed with the soundbar, seems like a lemon. The audio input keep reverting to "Aux" despite my choosing either "Bluetooth" or "Optical-in". Gave up. Need luck to get through to the hotline (again) for tech support... Wasted a lot of my time.

I also facing the switching of the input even though my default is via optical input.

And the sound via bluetooth connection is quite bad too with many breaking in between....

Anybody facing the same issues?

I'm using AUX cable i put. No problem for that.
I place both the sound bar & woofer near to each other, so far so good. Anyway I'm using it in the room instead of living room. Sounds good to me. (I'm not a very "audio" person :D)

Tried using the aux cable today. Same problem too; input will toggle to other modes... No confidence in AC Ryan providing support ...

Question: I'm using Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 wifi version to connect with Moment. It's working fine transmitting music to the sound bar but does not works well when I use Smule The Sing! apps to sing & record.
It's also working fine if I only play songs from the apps but it starts to get laggy when I join a collab to start recording my singing. Any solutions?

From what I know, Smule don't allow BT singing. But you can do it via Android box, but no recording. Cos you are not using the phone mic but rather the Moment mic. If you google Smule BT issues you can understand more, I also read from online too. I'm just using 天籁k歌app to sing k, so far so good for me, got English songs too and can adjust pitch control and voice assist. :D

Bought one too during sitex, delivered after xmas, spoilt plans for a karaoke session for xmas nvm. Been running it pass few days but experienced the same input switching as well as eq switching, keeps swigching to night mode. Tried to call in to acryan at sls but canot get through. Will try tml and sort it out.

Wad tv are you guys using, and maybe share your connections. My starhub box is connected to avr, and avr to tv via hdmi, and opt to moments.

Using Samsung led TV. But suspect TV's opt out spoil, no sound.

Currently using a variety of connections as below, still facing toggling input problem.

StarHub cable opt out --> Moment Soundbar opt in
AC Ryan veolo 4k box RCA out--> Moment Soundbar RCA in

I was able to connect to, and control the Soundbar using the app, but was still plagued by the toggling input problem nonetheless.

For those using Smule apps, The Sing!, here's the reply from AC Ryan & I understand now.

Sorry and sad to inform you that SMULE app cannot work properly using Blue Tooth (BT) connection. They do not support this function, only way the app can work is via a direct 3.5mm audio cable connection.

Best regards,
AC Ryan Tech Team
