100 k usd face value. I last week checked, need around 58 k usd, this week price should be lower. A lot of find managers forced sell coz of the downgrade. Bond price crashed, stock price crashed together.
2020 bond.

2019 bond is perpetual, selling around 28, face 100, but not advisable, coz perperti means they may or may not call.

Actually what's the chances of Noble defaulting? Can perhaps take the risk to buy its shorter term bonds. But I don't have 250k

Don't think noble going to issue bonds any time soon. They are selling receivables and subsidiaries to raise cash. And used the cash to shove up balance sheet. If noble Agri sale went through, total cash raised will be close to 1 billion inclusive of receivable sale.

It is a high risk play, don't enter with the money you cannot lose.

They hanging on Fitch's rating, once that is gone they can't borrow and more or less will default
