Physical support for GPU inside casing

After a long time, I recently upgraded to GTX 970.
The card is hugh compared with 7850.

I was advised to put some kind of support to the card (1 corner) if wanted, so that the card won't bend over time.

What do you put?

Mine is a wooden chopstick from my local tze char store..

Heng my mobo is horizontal.
therefore no need support cos not going against gravity.
