i did ask the staff at amk hello shop n infd tat both parties need to be present. But then, tis kind of question might get diff answers from diff ppl... lol

This depend on Telco.
Do contact via customer service email &or Facebook, forum, etc.
These staff are customer service & support.
If possible then provides subscribers details for them to check upon request.
There is few forums here where have Singtel staff that do reply to queries here.
Most shops CS are not fully aware of all their services.
They handle basic frontline queries.
For me for any queries, I write to forum staff.
Their role will direct the queries to proper dept staff.
Sorry I am not on Singtel.
