Transfer of singtel analogue home line ... advice needed

hi all, my adsl plan gonna terminate soon by mid april... likely force to upgrade to fibre plan but my home line under my dad's name...

so is there a way to transfer home line ownership w/o having my dad to be at hello shop physically?

& oso, for over 47k+ adsl subscribers, what are your best/cheapest plan to sign up with?

Sadly nope. As they need both parties to be ard to so called eye witness and consent of the transfer. Next is for verification purposes to ensure no dispute.

U can either take on Singtel offering or M1 offering for ADSL upgrade. (As for M1 best u contact their sales for the promotion availability.)

Last June, I managed to transfer a Singtel analogue line (under my mum's name) to ST digital line under my name when migrating from ST ADSL to ST home fibre.

All done within a telephone conversation with ST personnel at no additional charges for taking over/transferring.

Telephone conversation are recorded and consider.

Not letter of authorization but a formal & standard copy of Change of ownership.
Available online.

Some services can be done these method but not all services.

Since ownership are within family members.
Mine recontract on homehub is via tel.

i did ask the staff at amk hello shop n infd tat both parties need to be present. But then, tis kind of question might get diff answers from diff ppl... lol

This depend on Telco.
Do contact via customer service email &or Facebook, forum, etc.
These staff are customer service & support.
If possible then provides subscribers details for them to check upon request.

There is few forums here where have Singtel staff that do reply to queries here.

Most shops CS are not fully aware of all their services.
They handle basic frontline queries.

For me for any queries, I write to forum staff.
Their role will direct the queries to proper dept staff.
Sorry I am not on Singtel.
