Most phone come with pre-loaded apps.

Need to review all or selected Apps by -> Settings -> Apps.

See which Apps not relevant to you then either Uninstall or Disable it.
Do take note not to disable &or uninstall System apps or related apps which are required to run the Android OS.

If there are no option to uninstall and disable, then go to App settings -> Notifications -> Disable = Blocked any notification as shown in picture.
This is one way to block notification from selected or all Apps you wish.

Which app was it? I also encountered, then I uninstalled a bunch of China apps like AliExpress, Taobao, China brand smart home apps, etc. Then it stopped. So cannot pinpoint which one is the culprit.

Had this same problem on my Note 8. Now Note 9 also having same issue after installing Taobao app. Problem still persist even after uninstalling the app.

I managed to pinpoint that app that caused the error message. For me it is Wifi Analyzer.

go download this app call toast source and it will capture the popup message and let you know which app is causing this issue.

I had this error when installed the” battery life “app.
Sometimes those apps not optimised for latest os will get this error also

Thanks dude. This works and i've immediately managed to pinpoint the error to the app "AzCam" by Aztech.
