Freaking stupid new bill format. They purposely move all the detail to the last section of the bill so they can offload that page to the pdf version online. The physical copy only shows your mobile number and your total charges 6 times in different font and COLOUR!!! Absurd.
The old bill format only used one and a quarter pages to show everything. Now they used two sides with no detail whatsoever. This is not the way to "encourage" customers to go paperless.
I believe for new contract or renewal, they will start to charge $0.54 for paper bill. Heck, maybe they will just force everyone to go green like all the credit card companies.

Paperless billing and papered billing are identical in bill presentation. I’m on paperless and it’s the same layout as my mother’s paper bill.
Required details like your addons are all reflected neatly on the left. Airtime charges and data charges are reflected clearly per account section and nothing seem to be different from the past.
I have 3 different services lumped into one billing account, and all are presented clearly.

My SingTel Mobile bill and home landline bill do not have details in them. Just the amount to pay. That is it.
Have to login to SingTel to view the details/breakdown of the amount charged.
For the month of February 2018, the hardcopy bill sent to me is just 2 pages with no breakdown. Just the amount to be paid. When I logged into SingTel and check, the electronic version is 3 pages long. Pages 1 and 2 are identical to the one I received in the mailbox. At the bottom of the page is labelled as Page 1 of 2 and Page 2 of 2. However, the third page is the page with all the actual breakdown of the bill with all the add-ons and validity of the add-ons etc. This page is labelled as Page A 1 of 1. This is missing from the hardcopy that was sent to me and this page contains all the details of the bill.
What a way to disincentivize paper billing.

Perhaps you guys got a newer version of bill. My ebill is still page 1 of 4 for example, same as hard copy bill for the month of Feb for my other family members..
