Eat lor, cut down progressively as I age.
Regardless simi carbs, ur pancreas function will decrease with age. If carbs increase blood sugar, insulin to store it in liver/muscles/fats, and too high blood sugar is bad, then the natural conclusion is eat less carbs, eat less overall as we age.
Liver ~100g, muscles ~400g, depends on gender/size/mass of cos. If we take total 500g, and assume 3/4 full (bcos learnt from gov 3/4 tank rule), that leaves 125g, split over 2-3 meals, i.e. 25g, 50g, 50g.
Move more, exercise, build muscles always gd, how many more decades can you keep doing that?
My parents gen (merdeka/pioneer) bo concept for gym/exercise. Just eat. So long I can compress that last
10 years of poor health down to a min. thats a win leow.
