They do pay heed to WBGT, lightning activity, so I'd like to think it is under consideration too. But their threshold could very well be a lot higher than for general public.

If during pre-2011 and 2015-2020 that period where they won big in the GE, probably they just sua and bo chap liao.

Remember last time during the POP back then, was the part of the 1st batch that did the parade in Stadium instead of Padang in 2015.

Think tell us that is 24km, but actually more than that. Actually since early BMT days, never really trusted MINDEF alot liao.

Isn't this kinda a widely known "open secret"?

"Let's just say it is closer to 27.x km" is what our CSM hinted beforehand. After finishing and at home, I plotted the route and distance on Google Maps, quite close to the claim. Ours is from Changi Beach to the Floating Platform.

IMO it helps with morale sometimes. You know that 望梅止渴 parable.

401? Highest was 471

The highest one-hour PM2.5 concentration ever recorded in Singapore was 471 µg/m³ in western Singapore at 11pm on October 19, 2015

But was this before the 24-hours average?
