My set got this issue. Anyone also same? Need to use torch light to shine.

Will get a new set and return the current set.

Adding cellular is a good addition, so difficult to find one out there!

Next generation lor.. That time rumor that this year coming with touch touch and sim card slot.. In the end, only touch touch, I am more interested in sim card slot. So, wait for next generation and see.

Anyway my set is night sky color. I originally wanted star white but always too slow to grab one. Managed to grab 1 star white about 1 hr plus ago. Thus will be returning the night sky.

Are we able to transfer data from old duo to new duo at the table where we unbox to check at apple store? If yes i was thinking of returning the night sky immediately after transferring completed.

All sets are like this.. it's a design issue.. it will be more obvious at certain angles when u shine a different kind of light ... I wouldn't call this a defect ... Those who said don't have is probably dunno how to spot it only lol..

Mine no issue.. very tight..

Good for u too. I first used iphone torchlight to shine and it look ok. So i took another torch light (super bright type) to shine and both top and bottom can see the gaps.

The gaps is across the whole length. Can also see those silver/aluminium parts inside just like the video.

This was highlighted a few days ago.. under certain lighting I can see a few times.. 95% of the time I don't see it for night sky..so to me it's their design not a defect per se lol..

I think other foldable have a layer/brush at hinge area to keep stuff out
