Bought something on 7 Nov. Shoppe web page said shipped out as below.
But, Ninja Van tracking is still PENDING PICK UP.
Is that normal? Thanks.

yes normal.

NV is our last mile, once your parcel reached singapore. NV will take over.

errr.........Ninjavan tracking is only available when your item has reached SG and they scanned it into their systems. Your item not even boarded the plane from china so dont expect ninjavan tracking to be showing anything. Your next 2 updates would be Cross Border Transit followed by [SG-SINGAPORE-Singapore]Arrived at Sorting Hub.

actually you can enter the tracking number on ninjavan website a few days before arrival and there will be a status of the item already.

but as mentioned it will just show as PENDING PICK UP. means that ninjavan SG is aware and responsible for this consignment and just waiting for it to arrive and deliver.

and parcel shipped from China sorting house means already left China and otw to SG.

Managed to get the MSI RTX2070 at SGD 673 with the dbs promo code. Cheaper than qoo10's Palit RTX2070 at SGD 691.
