1. Doctor Gearbox. Bring own oil and filter. Free labor. Only Sundays.
2. Shell Autoserv.

Else, call up workhsops to ask before heading down. Most i came across allows but not recommends.

Most workshops will charge you $30 for labour. It’s business they won’t reject.

I just went for service at Mao Yang Car Repair at McPherson~ one China man operation~ brought my engine oil, he charged $20 for labour, $7 for original oil filter~

Then I found out his servicing package is only $55 using shell helix ultra, which is cheaper overall than I would use my own engine oil~ :s22:

I am that situation before. Unless die die want that brand of eo and the workshop do not have it.

Usually, i buy eo and filter and head to JB. Now cannot go then suck thumb uses whatever promotion eo services had. For my case, any brand of EO is fine. I go for 5w30.
Buy online, 1 bottle 4l oredi near $50. Aftermarket filter $5. Pay labour $30. Total $85. Excluding the time to go get the filter.
End up take up workshop offer EO+filter 5w20, labour and the std point checks. All in at $59. :s13::s13:
