Win 7 error: unspecified changes to system configuration

All Gurus pls help.

Upgraded my aging MB and processor. But im unable to boot win7 with blue screen death error "unspecified changes to system config"and unable to repair.

Please help, i dont wanna format my hdd and reinstall everything back. Thanks
