Has anyone noticed the 2160p option has gone missing in 4k videos in Youtube?

I used to be able to see that option for 4k videos but it looks missing now. i can only see up to 1440p.

Googled and found this is due to VP9 codec etc and we should be able to see in Chrome. However it is not working for me in FF, Edge and Chrome. Only if I switch to Chrome Incognito mode, i can see the option.

those with "4k" & "new" icon - chrome, palemoon up to 2160p, edge up to 1440p
those with "4k" icon - chrome, palemoon & edge up to 2160k

You are right. The culprit was due to an extension call H264ify, which forces h264 instead of VP9. Looks like Google is pushing VP9 and for some reason causing the 2160p not to appear.

Thanks for the tip!
