Not quite sure, need to explore into the motorcycle trends in Southeast Asia first.
But I think it is the most popular transportation after bicycles in the region ? Like in Indochina countries, entire streets are pretty much motorcycles.

Other things to consider are:
1) Performance of electric motorcycles vs petrol/diesel motorcycles
2) Investment into infrastructure i.e. charging points
3) Price

South asia and south east asia motorcycle sales are strong. But these are also the places where electric power quality is an issue, let alone setting up EV infra and pricing.
