Hi, I will be going Taipei this Sept. Some of the places I hope to visit includes Yehliu, Jinfen, Shifen, Jinguashi and Keelung (Maoke night market). Would like to ask if its possible to cover these places in one day?

I've just booked a day tour for the areas in jiu fen. The trip covers many places. With pick up at hotel, and last about 10 hours. Cost RMB 219. Seems like the agency is based in China. Called Ctrip

from my understanding, ctrip is just like agoda, another hotel booking site.

driver is normally 3500ntd per car ... if you have 3-4 ppl is good
else ... lol ... u would be spending at least 6hours travelling, no include waiting

I think it is a all in one travel website..from ticketing,day tours to hotels..
At first I thought it is a scam.. just took a risk to book for 2 persons. This morning the driver came to my hotel to pick us up. As I am writing this,I'm in his mini van with 6 others whom I believed are from mainland China..

Not bad...the driver is a local.will drive you to the stated destinations and advise you accordingly. Today got strong winds and rain, many of the attractions are closed.he advised us to skip pingxi 天灯.we've just went to the boring cat village, and ended it early to proceed to keelong nm in his mini van.
I think for the price and many places we went, this deal is a steal.

To book the tour, you need to have a China mobile phone number. I had to make a few overseas calls to them for a solution. In the end, I just entered a fake number.remember to update the driver later otherwise he can't contact you.

Today already back to normal. At least in Taipei. Observed for a while. No strong winds,only light rain.
