I hope someone can enlighten me on this.

1)Powercolor warranty => Go ban leong to claim at ubi (Correct me if i am wrong)
2)Seasonic PSU =>Where to claim warranty?
3)i5 3470 =>Where to claim warranty?
4)Plextor M5P => Where to claim warranty?
5)Gigabyte B75M-D3H Mobo =>Where to claim warranty?

After i get everything going
*Do i need to do windows update regularly? Will it slow my computer?*

How long is the DIY computer lifespan if maintained properly? At least 35 hours of gaming weekly.

Yes you should, as it ensures that your Windows is optimized to work with the latest versions of software or games that you run; and also plugs any possible security loopholes your Windows might have. It will not slow your PC down.

Different components have different lifespans. A small measure of luck is also needed sometimes - some people with the exact same hardware are lucky to have their components run a lot longer than others with the exact same hardware.

But from my experience, I'd say typically 3 years or so.

My answers in red.
