Look for the label. My guess is, yes NTUC will eventually accept it. They kinda have to as the government's union. Cold Storage group will likely accept it too. Am not sure if Sheng Siong will, but the boss will make the effort to.

One good alternative is to see if there're any electronics or household stuff (eg, shower head etc) that needs to be replaced, and look for a good sale at big name stores to replace them. The bigger names are more likely to have the capability to implement the scanning and all, less so the hawker centres and smaller marketplace shops.

ntuc has enough business. the big shops will never be able to use the cdc vouchers. they are also used to help heartland hawkers and shops.
