三、恶质网军带领风向，候选人品牌形象饱受挑战，难以争取中间选民认同

本党提名“总统”候选人韩国瑜过去藉由“非典型国民党”的庶民形象与个人特质，擅长用浅显易懂且洞悉人民的想法语言与选民进行沟通交流，以一人之姿带起韩流旋风，再配合高网路声量的空军宣传及有效整合的陆军攻击，成功在选战中建立候选人个人形象，一举翻转高雄选情。

惟在本次竞选过程中，因市长就职之后不到半年旋即宣布参选“总统”，无法弥平落跑市长的争议，诚信问题受到质疑；议会备询跳针式回答、太平岛挖石油、迪士尼到高雄、赛马场、赛车场等极具话题性的政见逐一跳票，能力问题饱受怀疑；失言、歧视语言、违规农舍、豪宅案、麻将照到新庄王小姐案等等事件，私德问题亦备受考验，庶民形象大大削减。

其种种一言一行都被放大检视，面对质疑却未能及时提出有力证据反击，种种回应的不精确都成为敌对阵营攻击的破口，却概括而论的仅以“黑韩”抹黑、抹红、抹黄等言语来回避检视，被民进党结合新闻媒体与网军抹黑攻势形成舆论，制造草包的既定印象，增强反对力道，严重影响选情，不利于争取青年及中间选民的认同。

由选举结果而论，在投票率大幅提高的情况下，虽本党得票数较上一居“总统”选举已成长近170万票，表示既有支持者有回流的迹象，但蔡英文在竞选连任的情况下，选票仍成长近130万，韩蔡相较，显示蔡英文较能获得新增选民及中间选民的支持与认同。
