if not go PC theme if u require them to build, might cost more tho

Nope most of the items are from local distros and they will print the warranty origin on the receipt. So even if it is not, you can just go down police station and make a fraud report, much easier to raise a dispute than getting from other shops where they don't mention them on the receipts.
