Anyone noticed that Truetone has been fluctuating very often under a constant ambient light? As in it gets yellowish, changes to bluish and back. Note that the background light is constant

my advice: turn off truetone.

Have turned off True Tone since iPhone 12.

Turn off all your radio, including screen and delete all the apps. That should give you the best battery life.

Stop being so paranoid over that number in % and enjoy your phone as it should be.
