2 Bay Raid 3.5" enclosure-Please Recommend

Hello friends,

Please recommend a cheap 2 bay enclosure for building a RAID 1 external drive.

Something like this is $40 in USA but shipping is expensive.
Synology 2 bay NAS from SLS is too ex, and don't need NAS capability anyway.

$40 raid 1 enclosure. I dun think SG have it that cheap lei. All at least 90~100,(not sure where is saw it.
