Increase gst as more people means more $$ to be taxed.
Use law to legally bind males to serve ns and protect.
Incease cost of living so more people stay single or married with no kid or 1 kid. People will die off eventually hence can import more, maybe 100 million white paper.
Boom for pap coffer and legally increase kaki lang $$$ since gdp growth superbly. Treat any negativity as "noise", and continue to collect $$$. People are "daft" and nothing can be done. Hope is wait another 5 years. Wan sui!!!
