if just light gaming like esports titles, u dont need that much budget. a $500 5600g build will do just fine, u can look here for the specs, shops to buy from and for builds at other price points if willing to diy:

there are also good deals from system integrators like aftershock and invaderpc. aftershock has good budget builds: for under $900, u can get a ryzen 5 5600 + 6700xt build which can do 1440p aaa gaming very well or a 5600 + 7700xt build for under 1.2k which is a decent entry point for 4k gaming. both have 7800xt/4070 builds at the 1.5-1.6k price point, so u can consider those also; i would start to lean towards invaderpc for the option to upgrade the psu to a high end unit which must not be overlooked at this price class and above, the default psus on offer are not great imo. the 4070 and 7800xt are good for 4k aaa gaming, well above ur requirement for light gaming, so i dont think u should spend much more beyond this.
