hi,

using a mid tower window pc and thinking to get a mac mini to reduce footprint on desk,

just basic internet surfing, youtube, videos watching, but thinking of learning more about AI and using it,

decided to get m6 but other than max out ram, and memory to get 1tb,

can anyone advise if this is setup is okay ? how to go about with interest free installment payment ?

can do it with apple with online order or must go to store to place order ?

thinking of getting from best denki but do they support customization as per above config ?

need to add 5 years extend warranty with best denki ?

finally any accessories anyone bought like a dock with cooling fan and option with additional ports and external memory ?

I don’t think you need to max out ram for what you are doing.

For your use, you absolutely do not need to max our the RAM. But 32GB these day should be quite the norm. As for 1TB, you have to determine with your current usage if you actually need it?

Apple has interest free installment plans.

Yes. You can do this with Apple online. You need to contact the sales agent. There is no way to to this from the physical store.

My suggestion is not to waste time with Best Denki or similar shops.

The same thing here. Don't waste time with all these third party extended warranty. Just go with AppleCare+. It is only S$130 or something like this only. And AppleCare+ can be renewed yearly now. Also, for a Mac mini with almost no mobility, you can re-consider.
