Repair must service all 3 or just my 1 aircon can lioa

the TXV / expansion valve is change 1 or change 3 , if only 1 room is not cold? One of the three expansion valve is stucked. If the valve don't open, the expanded gas cannot flow to the FCU. The expanded gas is cold.
The valve is at the balcony compressor. It may or not not be easy to change.
Best is just to just change a new compressor, keeping the old three FCU in the room.
Change one.the TXV / expansion valve is change 1 or change 3 , if only 1 room is not cold?
If 2 other room no issue , could it be the piping issue? as always only 1 room is not cold / leak water. service a few times by diff company all only take out wash and vaccume , even chemical wash also back to square one after 1month

Less than 8yrs, cant remb. changed once before but nv change the old piping. How old is the aircon?
Did you check the air temperature that is blowing from the FCU?
Is there some cooling or completely not cooling at all?
If there is leaking, that means there is condensation and cooling.
I don't think is a valve issue. You already said the cooling is intermittent.Less than 8yrs, cant remb. changed once before but nv change the old piping.
there is some cooling. certain days can be cold, but mostly is not.
so thinking to call the service guy to check blower fan, TXV/expansion valve , what else can i suggest? If nv say, they come wil just wash , which after a few days back to square one.
First you have to know how a leak is developed.Needless you say you on AC very frequently in a day not allowing the condensation water in the piping to dry.Overtime this condensation water formed into whitish jelly like and begin to choke yr pipe.Hence the water back flow occurred. If you can allow a interval at least 8 hrs dry period straight (no switching on AC)this leak shld not happen.@whatmeworry Is there any good / reputable aircon specialist to check if the valve is stucked?
my room aircon is always not cold/sometimes the only one that leak water, even tho im the only room who on the aircon.
always ask people to come clean/service, but back to square one after a week or so.

If the valve is spoilt, there will be no cooling at all. And there will be gas leak. But you said other rooms are cool.
Maybe your FCU is not clean enough.
yup, aircon mostly on for more than 20hrs due to WFH. but this kinda leak, doesnt lead to aircon not cold right?First you have to know how a leak is developed.Needless you say you on AC very frequently in a day not allowing the condensation water in the piping to dry.Overtime this condensation water formed into whitish jelly like and begin to choke yr pipe.Hence the water back flow occurred. If you can allow a interval at least 8 hrs dry period straight (no switching on AC)this leak shld not happen.
20 hours is heavy usage.thanks for the tip, good to know not valve issue.

anyway the not cold syndrome already happened few years back, where sometimes i nv on aircon for 1-2days.
it still might drip water..
Can claim tax rebates from govt bothanks for the tip, good to know not valve issue.
