I don't know what time they close but for sure near 12am cos penang evening every where in Georgetown got pushcart sell foodies.

just came back over the weekend, stayed at Hotel Jen by Shangrila, per night cost pretty decent.

Right beside a mall, the free CAT penang bus have a stop nearby, stop 9, that takes you around the touristy areas around Georgetown.

Grab to most areas, 4-5RM, grab to / from airport is around 24RM even during peak evening.
