Hi, Any recommendations for 43" TV? Budget less than 1k. Hope for matte/semi-matte screen. Mostly for my parents to watch local TV channels and sometimes movies. Old Sony TV only last 6 yrs (breakdown after 3 yrs warranty, repair once).

Hisense E6N or Q6N
LG NANO80A or QNED82ASA
Samsung QEF1 or Q8F
Sony X75K
Toshiba E330R or E450R (50", Mom: buy so big later eyes spoilt ah)

Which of this model are more reliable?

Will take a TV viewing first.
Last few years ago, noticed Samsung TV mostly have glossy screen surface. Lots of reflection.
My 43" Samsung TV doesnt have glossy screen surface. Nowadays all matte screen surface unless you get the OLED ones

philips still has a few models which are non-smart, may be easier for your parents to use

did a search using the model number 43PFT5009, best denki pricing quite attractive, $205, cheaper even than official philips store in lazada or shopee

Does Philips TV colour still fades off a few years later? Their colour are prone to fades off faster.

Went to HN to see LG qned82 and Samsung q8f, was told colour for qned82 is not good as q8f. Was told price for q8f is 1.1k ++ with HN 4th & 5th year warranty. Should I get the extended HN warranty?

The Frame 43" TV price is almost the same as Qn90f 43" which is also matte screen, almost twice my budget.
It is for Art lovers, family photos, sweet memories with a Built-in Smart TV Computer for displays when the TV is off, so paying a big premium.
