LHL may be a bit off in calculating the actual % needed but, unlike TS, he is at least on the right track.

More precisely, it should be about 0.9501% instead of 0.9% mentioned by LHL.

I wouldn't be surprised if LHL had actually been given figures of 49.1% vs 50.9% by his aids because of rounding up and down to 1 decimal point. So LHL, unlike TS, is not incorrect in his logic.
