Now my crowned molar broke off - this is another tooth. The gap feels like it is flush to the gum.
Looks like an implant to fix, if can't salvage.

Yesterday at Dental Clinic CH Tee, Taman Sentosa, a friend had these 3 treatments:

1) Dentures for lower jaw (RM1680):
- 2 last molars on the left
- 1 last molar on the right
- Chrome-Cobalt
(He said SG's dentist quoted him $800+ for dentures for the side with 2 molars).

2) X-ray (RM100) - in relation to the above.
X-ray was to determine whether patient was suitable for implants or dentures. The diagnosis was patient's gum is weak, dentures are better

3) Scaling & Polishing (RM100)

Had my dental scaling & polishing @ Dr Tee Dental. Had a private room with amazing view.

Amazing service provided by the dentist and she did what i needed.

Paid rm120.

Saw Dr Tee and was impress with the service he gave to and elderly SG lady regarding her dentures! I guess that was the work culture he practice in his clinic!

Yesterday morning (12Oct'22), decided to pay C.H Tee dental clinic a visit as i'm having Gum abscess on my previously done RCT tooth.

Reached JB sentral at ard 11am and took a Bus from JB Sentral to Taman Sentosa ($RM1.30...alight at the bus stop after seeing
Caltex Petrol station)

To my surprised, after registered and barely less than 15mins, was told to proceed to the room for the check up.

Luckily, no major issue on my gum after the X-Ray analysis. Just need to perform the Gum abscess procedure (with anaesthesia ) i'm good to go after explaining to me on my condition.

All in all, excellent experience and happy that my 2 RCT tooth issue have resolved. Total fee for my treatment is RM$200.

For people going back to JB Sentral, one can choose to take bus (RM$1.30) or just get a grab ride ($RM7.00)

My brother and I went to the dentist at a polyclinic after waiting for a few months to get an appointment. We got there. waited for 2 hours only for the dentist to tell my brother that his gum disease is advanced so better to just go to National Dental Centre and let them do what needs to be done. After we were done we went to the appointments counter and there were about 70 people waiting there and this was close to 5pm. Finally we left and to my brother's horror the appointment at NDC was fixed for him a few months later but the first slot at 8am. Looks like my brother will have to pay this JB clinic. Btw what did you use to pay the clinic? Which card? Grabpay?
