Because he has the same tenacity as LKY from before our independence. And LKY identified this trait of CSJ, so need to put him down before he gets too big.

LKY felt threatened because he knows his sons are not like him, but too bad CSJ is opposition, and that's why they cannot let him win.

But I wish that CSJ will get into the parliament this election, and prove to everyone that Singaporeans cos do better. But I hope he won't stay too long until he becomes the villain.

, moi see this moi smile when I hear him speak hokkien. Only ytd I was mentioning if he wants to win unkers and aunties vote, he better brushed up on his hokkien and today you hear him trying to sing in hokkien. I wish I was that accurate in choosing toto numbers, then moi can sing nasi wo wu zhi ba bun also.

On a more serious note, I would say today's speech better than ytd though the turnout wasn't as big I believe. But still I find that not all his idea are feasible though his intention is good, he identify the gist of the issues that trouble Singaporean and discourage his supporters from engaging in gutters politics and not to hate his opponents only their politics. Call it acting as you like if you can't trust him but I like to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he has matured enough to take a seat in parliament.
