$600 PC Build for CS:GO

I wanted to put "$600 gaming pc" as the title, but I know I will get murdered Not like as if the title I'm using now is any help

My friend have been playing CS:GO and other simple games on his Macbook (cancerous). So, any pc would be good for him. He asked me the other day "Eh bro, $600 can get gaming pc for CS:GO?" haha I almost have heart attack.

From this video, looks like its possible. But the problem is in SG context, can we still find the parts? I had a look at PC Themes and Tradepac pricelist, cant even find those parts lol.

Any suggestions on the build? Or should I just crush his dreams

But of course, $600 is impossible to include a mechanical KB and gaming mouse in it.

Actually totally new build. So nothing to bring forward. Except for maybe a wifi pcie card from me because feel damn bad he's on a tight budget.

He's definitely not getting a Mech KB and mouse haha. I guess when he FULLY ascend to pcmasterrace level, then maybe he would consider.

Actually now the Pentium G4560 looks like a really good buy. Saw youtube reviews of people running games on it. It won't be future proof, but atleast it gets him off the Macbook.
