Stupid Ninja Van and their Ninja Points at 7-Elevens store. I bet most of them do not accept parcel pickup liao. I tried 3 different 7-Eleven stores listed on their Ninja point map https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/services/ninja-points#find-a-ninja-point
All three refused to accept!!! 10 days later I still haven't received my package. Ninja Van is the suckiest delivery company in SG now. Can some BBFA quick start a new delivery service and take over them? I dun mind pay a bit more. I am sure many disgruntled Ninja Van users will be willing as well.
