A Singaporean woman wanted by the police in connection with ongoing investigations into the transnational scam syndicate Prince Holding Group was arrested on Thursday (Nov 5).

Karen Chen Xiuling, 44, was arrested by the police at Changi Airport pursuant to a warrant of arrest issued in connection with ongoing investigations into the transnational crime syndicate Prince Holding Group, the police said in a news release the same evening

According to the police, Chen was a director of several Singapore-registered companies that are believed to be beneficially owned by Chen Zhi, the founder and chairman of Prince Holding Group, including Skyline Investment Management and Capital Zone Warehousing.

Police said Skyline submitted a business plan and a false agreement to JTC Corporation in September 2022 for approval to take over the lease of a property.

Chen is believed to have instigated an officer of Capital Zone Warehousing to falsify the said agreement with intent to defraud.

She is also believed to have submitted the false agreement in an attempt to cheat JTC Corporation.

Chen will be charged in court on Friday with one count of instigating another person to falsify accounts. The 44-year-old also faces one charge of attempting to cheat.

Since June 2026, the police said they have issued additional prohibition of disposal orders against 14 properties and seized various bank and securities accounts, with a total estimated value of about S$100 million.

This brings the total value of assets seized and/or prohibited in relation to the Prince Holding Group to more than S$700 million to date.

She still fly back to Changi??

Or trying to escape?
Wonder why she returns to SG?

MAYBE...

1. No more money.

2. Someone reported her as an illegal alien and the authority of the country that she was living and hiding arrested her at home.

3. Sick and fed up of living as a Fugitive and always look behind her shoulder to see anyone following her.
