it's better to be hot and sunny than rainy and wet- try shopping at Wufenpu in the rain or going to Raohe night market on a rainy day- Huge wet blanket...

if it's hot and sunny at least you can plan a whole day of activities and your photos look good. worth suffering in the heat.
