Not sure if it is worth getting 8K monitors though. For a TV where the screen is huge, I think 4K to 8K makes a lot of sense. For monitors where we are sitting so close, 8K may be too much. I rather wait and see if mini LED or OLED monitors become available at a reasonable price before I hoot one.
