A 4k video editing rig (mini-ITX)

Hi all

Really need help to build a mini-itx rig on a tight budget ($1,200+/-) good enough to edit 4k videos (i don't play games too so i hope to save some $ at the GPU).

i am thinking a i7, 16gb ram, 120gb SSD + 1TB HDD with NODE 202 case.

will be grateful if someone can recommend me the parts and where to get them at the cheapest?
