Huh since when change to appointment Liao

You can now book appointment. I couldn't call them on their number because they only operate from Mon-Fri. And i really need my phone to be fix hence wanted to know.

Msg them on facebook and they got back to me 1 hour later saying they accept walk in customer. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for the help guys

hi

you can walk-in to send your device for a repair.

I just did that on Friday at ALab Changi Point.

No worry no receipt
Apple know it all
Unlike its competitor hahahs

Every phone company out there should follow the same system. Receipts become faded over time.

Kudos to Apple for implementing this. I'm still waiting for their Geniuses to arrive in our upcoming retail store.

Went to a.lab previously at Plaza Sin. Some staff are just plain rude, refuse to carry out repairs or exchanges. I did meet one nice gal who was willing to replace my defective EarPods with no questions asked.

Avoid Peter from ALab Changi City Point Outlet. Retake queue number if kena him. The rest of the female staffs there are ok. This is my experience after going to their outlet for around 7 times now due to macbook and iphone issues.
