A totally new rig

Hi guys I am looking to build a rig from scratch to replace my notebook aft using for 4 years. First time rigging though so would like senior bros here to give some advice

Games I play : mostly steam games, and probably BF series and ACU in the future. And if there is any AAA titles worth playing also.

Budget: 1.5k including HD monitor(if possible cos I still have a old 18inch acer monitor that i do no mind reusing for sometime ) and need win OS 7 and wifi card or homeplug ?( using a 100mpbs fibre network )

Not intending to overclock my cpu or gpu, as I am the type that would rather sacrifice a little in quality to let my pc live longer.( Don't mind playing High end games on med settings). However I would like to fit in the GTX 970 inside this rig if possible as I probably would not upgrade any part in the next 4-5 years?

Lastly Is home plug or wifi card more suited for gaming ?

How much a homeplug cost ? Cos I am pretty new to com rigs, would it be better I go to PC themes to engage them for their service so next time if any problem I can go back to the distro? would the pricing be the same if I go pc themes?

Got. Many shops in SLS sells various home networking stuff, you should be able to easily find homeplugs there.

Cant, cos the fibre network they put my cable inside a partition liao so no choice must use homeplug.. how much a homeplug cost normally?
