I thought check up before IPPT is a must coz my nephew shared with me his results after check up.

So now is only those above 35 then need to go check up.

My nephew this year 40, no more IPPT. His cholesterol on the high side and iirc, he could be excused from IPPT if he wanted. But he eyeing on the $500 and so needed to sign some 'agreement then he could go for IPPT. That was what I can remember.
