Accrued interest in CPF

I only buy bto one time. Do you guy make used of buying bto two times? To make extra cash opportunity and cleared off accured interest. I really like my 5 room flat...top floor... neighbours still ok. Currently rent out one room. Really can't make decisions. Any comments welcome

That's what i did and currently waiting for my 2nd BTO to be completed.

My 1st BTO was also a 5-rm at a top floor.
