Acer M5 keyboard problem

Hello. I just bought an Acer M5 but the keyboard's arrow key (especially right arrow) is highly not responsive. Anyone has the same problem?

Hi, i also bought a m5 just today, and found that the down key is not responsive! did you opt for repair at acer service center?

Depending on where you buy from. If within 7 days you should ask for one to one replacement.

Did not realized there was responses to my thread.

This keyboard problem is really bad! Sometimes when i keyed the letter 'U' it will backspace instead. Also, when sometimes when without using the "fn" key will activate the increase brightness function.

Anyone else has similar problem?!

That was the one of the other frustrating event. I got it off directly from Acer. I only reported it after 2 weeks(due to the CNY period, very busy). Anyway the tech support manager claims that they do not have 1 for 1 exchange policy even if reported within 7 days.
